Appraiser Websites does not warrant that the use of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects, if any, will be corrected, or that either the site or the server that makes it available to you is free of viruses, disabling devices or other harmful components.
Appraiser Websites does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials on the site in terms of their correctness, completeness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not CheekyMonkey Media) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction related to any damage, harm, injury or malfunction associated with your use of the site and /or its contents.
Appraiser Websites purchased domain names are held in CheekyMonkey Media's name. If client wishes to transfer away, all invoices must be paid prior to CMM authorizing transfer. Web templates are not original works and we cannot guarantee similar sites will not be chosen by appraisers working similar areas of the country.

This Web Space Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is hereby entered into between CheekyMonkey Media, herein after referred to as CMM, and ("Customer") on the following terms and conditions. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree to the following, which shall apply during the term of this agreement:
CMM will provide Web Space Rental Services (the "Service"). The Service consists of allowing the Customer to offer content on the Internet. These services include space on Internet Servers to store HTML, multimedia documents, Databases, Emails and files, the ability to maintain the website and email accounts.
Upon notice provided in written, faxed or emailed form to the Customer, CMM may modify this Service Agreement or Prices and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the service at its sole discretion.
CMM owns all right, title and interest in and to CMM's and Appraiser-Websites code, images, files, trade names, service marks, inventions, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and know-how relating to the design, function,or operation of Plans and of the hardware and software systems and resources necessary to provide the individual service elements of which they consist. This agreement does not constitute a license to Customer to use CMM's trade names or service marks. Any such license must be the subject of a separate written agreement.
Under no circumstances shall Appraiser-Websites or CheekyMonkey Media be liable for damages resulting from loss of use, data, profits, emails, orders or any services from the use of the products created by appraiser-websites.
The services provided by Appraiser-Websites and CheekyMonkey Media are offered without warranty and on an "as-is" basis. All text, graphics, links and applications are provided as a lease only and remains the property of CMM. Appraiser-websites disclaims all warranties whether expressed or implied with respect to each of the following: That 1) The services will be uninterrupted or error-free, 2) Defects will be corrected 3) There are no viruses or other malicious components and 4) Security methods employed will be sufficient.
